Problems resetting your password?
1. If you have cookies disabled My Artist Series will not allow a password reset.
2. If your browser is set to delete cookies on closing the browser, this will cause problems if you close the browser between sending us a password reset request and clicking on the email link we send you to authenticate your computer.
3. You should make sure you are using latest browser software
